To create a repository on a new project in OneStory Editor for Windows, you can go to the "File" menu and select "Create New Repository". Then follow the prompts to name the repository and choose the location on your computer where it should be saved. Once the repository is created, you should be able to sync it with the internet by clicking the "Sync" button in the software.
